Return Policy

1. Returning Products

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days of receipt. The following conditions apply:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • You must include proof of purchase (such as an invoice or order confirmation).
  • The return must be notified in advance via email to our customer service at info@intuitiverunning.nl.

2. Return Costs

The costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed. If the product is damaged or defective upon receipt, we will reimburse the return costs.

3. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned products, we will process the refund. The refund will be made via the original payment method and may take a few business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exceptions to the Return Policy

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Products that are custom-made or personalized.
  • Digital products and downloads.
  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, such as clothing that has been worn.

5. Warranty and Defective Products

If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, please contact us at info@intuitiverunning.nl with details about the defect. We will provide you with instructions on how to return or replace the defective product.
